Stage 1: Posting and receiving applications
In our detailed job descriptions, you will find not only information about the tasks, requirements and development opportunities, but also insights into our company values. We encourage all potential applicants to actively engage with our company to ensure a mutual fit from the outset. After the application deadline, all applications received are thoroughly evaluated against the advertised profile. If your application aligns well with the requirements, we'll invite you to an initial personal interview.
Stage 2: Selection and first interview
Once we receive your application, we will carefully review it to ensure that it matches the advertised job profile. If the review is positive, we will invite you to an initial online interview. This meeting will not only give you the opportunity to introduce yourself and tell us more about yourself, but will also allow time for questions. We place particular emphasis on discussing the general conditions of the position, including salary expectations. At the end of the interview, we will explain in detail how the application process will continue and what the next steps will be. If both sides are still interested, we will invite you for a second meeting.
Stage 3: Second interview and recruitment
If the first impression is positive and the interpersonal connection is right, a second in-person meeting with the team leader or CEO of the respective house follows. In this meeting, we discuss specific project requirements and challenges in more detail. Again, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and we will be available to discuss any outstanding issues. Final details regarding salary negotiations and contract terms are also discussed to ensure that both parties are satisfied. At the end of this interview, if everything is in order and both sides are satisfied, the application process can move to the final stage - the contract is signed and you are ready to go!
